Right around New Years 2000/2001, the roof of the gallery collapsed under the weight of heavy snow and ice. One piece of artwork, a large sculpture by Sean Rowe, remained in the space at the time and was destroyed.

Insurance deemed the structure a complete loss and paid to replace the building. They also paid for the sculpture, which was our first sale.
